1- When you get a valve or float,
make sure that the materials they are made of can resist hard water
or salty water as well as the pressure exerted by ice during freeze
times or high temperature in summer.
2-
To get a good performance, when filling the drinking trough make sure
that the valve being use does not have a smaller outlet than the inner
conductor pipe. It can have a tolerance of less than 4mm.
3- When you place the drinking trough, you must give an inclination
to the drain hole of 3mm per meter long. This facilitates the cleaning..
4-
The filling level must be from 5 to 6 cm lower than the upper part
of the drinking trough (when it is regulated at its level, the float
must be horizontal. See picture number 1).
